Deposits & Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Deposits are processed securely through Square. Your card information is never stored by Halolash.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit. This policy exists because last-minute cancellations leave insufficient time to fill the slot.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. In the event of a rescheduled appointment due to late arrival, the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled visit.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in being required to pay in full at the time of booking for future appointments.
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns about your lash set, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to address them. Touch-ups for concerns raised after 48 hours will be charged at the standard fill rate.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any known allergies (particularly to adhesives or latex) before your appointment. A patch test can be arranged upon request. Halolash reserves the right to decline service if a health or safety concern is identified.
Please arrive without eye makeup, mascara, or oil-based products around the eye area. This ensures the best possible retention for your lash set.
Photography
Halolash may photograph completed lash sets for portfolio and social media purposes. If you prefer your photos not to be shared publicly, please let us know before your appointment and we will respect your preference.
