How We Collect Your Consent
When you book an appointment on halo-lash.com, you are asked to provide your name, email address, and phone number. At that step, you will see a checkbox with the following language:
"Send me appointment reminders and updates by text. Reply STOP anytime to opt out."
This checkbox is unchecked by default. We only send SMS messages to customers who have explicitly checked this box. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages.
What Messages We Send
Customers who opt in may receive the following types of text messages from Halolash:
- Booking confirmation after a deposit is paid
- Appointment reminders (sent 24 hours before your appointment)
- Checkout receipt after your appointment is completed
- Rebooking reminders (sent 2–4 weeks after your last appointment)
- Review requests (sent the day after a completed appointment)
- Waitlist notifications if a cancellation opens a slot
We do not send unsolicited promotional or marketing messages to customers who have not opted in.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages. You may also contact us directly at hello@halo-lash.com to be removed.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity (typically 2–5 messages per booking cycle).
Your Information
We collect your name, email address, and phone number solely to manage your appointments and send the communications described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is stored securely and used only in connection with services provided by Halolash.
